We are actively seeking a Senior Stamping Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting automotive projects!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage stamping projects and ensuring successful delivery in terms of Quality, Cost, and Timing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal departments
- Identify technical issues related to stamping processes, tooling, and manufacturing feasibility, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, customer requirements, and project deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and industrial partners.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in metal stamping, sheet metal forming, tooling, or automotive manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in stamping processes,tooling validation, and industrialization processes.
- Good understanding of automotive manufacturing constraints and industrial standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Autonomous, proactive, team-oriented, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
